Screens and tag binding follow operator habit: monitor, setpoints, alarms, and access where needed. Screen scope is listed in the requirements stage so revisions stay bounded.

How we proceed
- 1.
See the current state — Equipment, communications, network, and available downtime. What can and cannot be done is stated first.
- 2.
Set the scope — Work packages, deliverables, and acceptance go on a list before work starts.
- 3.
Deliver in stages — Commission in the available windows. Issues are handled together. Scope does not expand on the fly.
- 4.
Accept and hand over — Accept against the list. Programs and documents are handed over so your team can operate them.
